Muzikoterapie s dětmi s onemocněním dýchacích cest

Abstract:

Práce zprostředkovává informace o tom, jak lze pomocí muzikoterapie léčit onemocnění dýchacích cest a zmírňovat dechové obtíže, které tato onemocnění provázejí. Jsou zde též zmíněny nejběžnější onemocnění dýchacích cest a stručně popsán průběh léčby těchto onemocnění. Jádro práce tvoří konkrétní muzikoterapeutické modely a techniky vedoucí ke zmírňování dechových obtíží u nemocných dětí, z nichž nejpodstatnější je model výuky hry na zobcovou flétnu. Nejprve je v práci popsáno, proč je hra na flétnu pro děti s dýchacími obtížemi nejvhodnější a jak hra na hudební nástroj děti rozvíjí. Dále uvádím cvičení, která pomáhají trénovat různé druhy dýchání. Věnuji se také významu hudby pro léčbu člověka během historie, ale i v současnosti. Druhá část práce, vytvořená na základě pozorování konkrétní praxe, je věnována Olivově dětské léčebně a muzikoterapeutickému programu, který je v ní realizován. Jsou zde podrobně rozebrány techniky muzikoterapie, které jsou prováděny s dětmi různých věkových kategorií. Jednotlivé skupiny dětí, s kterými se v léčebně pracuje, jsou tu charakterizovány a je popsáno, jaký přístup je k té které skupině nejvhodnější. Také je zde naznačeno, co děti motivuje ke hře a jak pracovat s problémovými dětmi. Informace o léčebném programu byly nasbírány během náslechů v hodinách muzikoterapie v Olivově dětské léčebně na jaře 2010.

Abstract:

The graduate work deals with possible uses of music therapy when treating respiratory diseases and alleviation of breathing difficulties that accompany these diseases. There are also listed the most common respiratory diseases and brief description ot the treatment of these diseases. The core of the work consists of the models and techniques to mitigate breathing problems for children with ilnesses. The most importatnt model is the model which uses lessons on the fipple flute. The first section of the work describes why the fipple flute is optimal for children with breathing difficulties and how playing a musical instrument develops a child. The gr. Work also mentions exercises that help train the different kinds of breathing. There also details of the music for treatment of people throughout history, but also in the present. The second section, which is based on the observation of practice, is devoted to Olive Child Hospital and specific program of music therapy which is being executed there. There are thoroughly analyzed techniques of music In this chapter the author characterises individual groups of children involved in the music therapy program and describes the most suitable approaches which have been optimalized to particular groups. There is also shown ho it is possible to motivate children to play and how to work with troubled children. The information about the treatment program were collected during the author´s observations in lessons of music therapy in Olive Child Hospital in spring 2010.
