Abstract:

Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět svými poznatky k řešení problematiky instability ramenního kloubu skrze vhodně zvolené fyzioterapeutické a kinezioterapeutické metody, postupy a koncepty u pacienta s instabilitou ramenního kloubu. Metodika: V této části je zkoumána kazuistika 24letého muže, kterému se při hokejovém zápase v roce 2011 vykloubilo pravé rameno. Od té doby došlo k několika subluxacím v pravém ramenním kloubu a v roce 2018 došlo i k subluxaci levého ramenního kloubu, také při hokejovém zápase. Na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru byl navržen krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, který se uskutečňuje po dobu 6 týdnů, v rozmezí 12 návštěv. Během terapie došlo k provedení kontrolního vyšetření z důvodu kontroly zdravotního stavu. Na konci léčby se provede výstupní kineziologický rozbor, který poslouží k tvorbě dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu. Výsledky: Během terapie došlo k velkému zlepšení pacientovo stavu. Provádí pohyby ve správném pohybovém stereotypu díky správnému postavení lopatek a odstranění svalových dysbalancí. Závěr: Vlivem dobré spolupráce s pacientem se stav zlepšil. Terapii bych označila za úspěšnou, protože vedla k výraznému zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacienta. Práce mi přinesla spoustu nových poznatků, na základě kterých jsem mohla orientovat průběh terapie s pacientem a stala se velkým přínosem pro mou nadcházející praxi.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of this Bachelory thesis is to contribute with its knowledge to the solution of the problem of instability of the shoulder joint through appropriately selected physiotherapeutic and kinesiotherapeutic methods, procedures and concepts in patients with instability of the shoulder joint. Methodology: In this section, a case study of a 24-year-old man who dislocated his right shoulder during a 2011 hockey match is examined. Since then, there have been several subluxations in the right shoulder joint and in 2018 there was also a subluxation of the left shoulder joint, also in the hockey game. Based on the initial kinesiological analysis, a short-term physiotherapeutic plan was designed for a period of 6 weeks, in the range of 12 visits. During the therapy a check-up was performed to check the health condition. At the end of the treatment, an outcome kinesiological analysis will be carried out, which will serve to create a long-term physiotherapeutic plan. Results: The patient's condition was greatly improved during therapy. Performs movements in the right movement stereotype due to the correct position of the shoulder-blades and removal of muscle imbalances. Conclusion: Due to good cooperation with the patient the condition improved. I would consider the therapy successful because it has led to a significant improvement in the patient's health. The work brought me a lot of new knowledge on the basis of which I could orientate the course of therapy with the patient and became a great benefit for my upcoming practice.
