Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem regulace, aplikace a ochrany autorských práv v současné reklamní praxi. V uvodu práce stručně vymezuje základní pojmy a poté rozebírá jednotlivé případy kdy je reklama regulována autorským právem.
Abstract:
This work aimes at explaining the relationship between the current advertising practice and copyright. In the first part it gives a brief explanation of terms and practices while the rest of the work goes deep into the topic which describtion of the individual cases in which the advertising is regulated by copyright acts.
