The authority of educator from the point of view of children, which are located in institutes of alternative educational care.

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce bude věnována tématu autority vychovatele v zařízení náhradní výchovné péče, a to z pohledu cílové skupiny dětí umístěných v tomto typu zařízení. Teoretická část práce bude zaměřena na problematiku výchovy a výchovných stylů, autority vychovatele a jejích aspektů, problematice náhradní výchovné péče a charakteristice školských zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy a specificích výchovy v těchto zařízeních. V rámci výzkumného šetření budou nejprve analyzovány preference dětí umístěných v zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče ve vztahu k osobnostním vlastnostem a vzorcům chování a uplatňování autority vychovatelů. Následně bude využito tzv. situačního přístupu, kdy budou dětem předloženy mikropříběhy s popisem situací, v nichž musí vychovatel uplatnit autoritu. Odpovědi dětí budou v rámci kvalitativně orientovaného přístupu obsahově analyzovány. Výstupem práce budou doporučení pro možné změny v přístupu vychovatelů v zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče k uplatňování autority a zkvalitnění jejich výchovné práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of tutors authority in alternative care facilities from the view of target group of children, which are placed in this kind of facilities. Teoretical part of this thesis will be aimed to issue of education a educational styles, tutor's authority and its aspects, issue of alternative educational care and characteristics of school facilities for performance of constitutional and protective care and specifics of education in this kind of facilites. Empirical part of this thesis will analyse preferences of children, which are placed in alternative care facilities in relation to personal characteristics, patterns of behavior and application of tutor's authority. The empirical investigation will use quantitatively oriented research and will analyse the content of answers from questionnaire, which containing description of educational situations. Output of this thesis will contain recommendation for possible improvement of tutor's work in alternative care facilities.
