Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na význam zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve výrobní společnosti a jejich zdanění. První kapitola definuje zaměstnanecké benefity, popisuje jejich druhy, rozdělení a strategie jejich poskytování. Analyzuje také nejčastěji využívané benefity v roce 2023 a jejich popularitu mezi zaměstnanci. Druhá kapitola se zabývá daňovými důsledky benefitů z pohledu zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance a rozdíly mezi naturální mzdou a benefity. Třetí kapitola popisuje metodiku dotazníkového šetření, které zkoumá preferované benefity a potřeby zaměstnanců. Čtvrtá kapitola využívá výsledky výzkumu k poskytnutí doporučení pro společnost ohledně nabízení benefitů. Cílem práce je na základě provedeného výzkumu zjistit význam a aplikaci zaměstnaneckých benefitů v konkrétním podniku. Dalším cílem je zformulovat doporučení pro společnost.

Abstract:

This paper focuses on the importance of employee benefits in a manufacturing company and their taxation. The first chapter defines employee benefits, describes their types, distribution and strategies for their provision. It also analyzes the most commonly used benefits in 2023 and their popularity among employees. The second chapter discusses the tax implications of benefits from the perspective of both the employer and the employee and the differences between wages in kind and benefits. The third chapter describes the methodology of the survey, which examines employees' preferred benefits and needs. The fourth chapter uses the results of the research to provide recommendations to the company on offering benefits. The aim of this thesis is to determine the importance and application of employee benefits in a particular company based on the research conducted. Another objective is to formulate recommendations for the company.
