Práca podáva teoretický pohľad na vzdelávanie zamestnancov ako jeden z významných faktorov úspechu, alebo neúspechu organizácie. Poukazuje na potrebu vzdelávania, keďže dosiahnutie vyššej výkonnosti a presadenie sa v rámci konkurenčného prostredia je možné len za predpokladu, ak sú k dispozícii kvalifikovaní odborníci.
