Haemorrhage in pregnancy

Abstract:

Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou abrupce placenty. Abrupce placenty je velmi závažnou komplikací těhotenství pro matku i plod. Práce předkládá publikované poznatky o klasifikaci a diagnóze abrupce placenty. Dále se zaměřuje na možná rizika vzniku abrupce placenty, jako jsou kouření v těhotenství, mnohočetná gravidita, trauma a hypertenzní poruchy. Shrnuje informace o diseminované intravaskulární koagulaci, antepartálním krvácení a akutním selhání ledvin, jako komplikacích pro matku. Dále zahrnuje informace o předčasném porodu, perinatálním úmrtí a neurologických komplikacích plodu. Práce se zabývá aktuálními poznatky o průběhu péče o ženu s abrupcí placenty. Periodika, která byla v práci použita byla vyhledána v databázích EBSCO, Google Scholar a Ovid.

Abstract:

This research bachelor thesis deals with the problem of placental abruption. Placental abruption is still a very serious complication of pregnancy for both mother and fetus. The thesis presents published knowledge about classification and diagnosis of placental abruption. It also focuses on the potential risks of placental abruption such as smoking during pregnancy, multiple pregnancy, trauma and hypertensive disorders. This thesis summarizes information about disseminated intravascular coagulation, antepartal haemorrhage and acute renal failure as complications for the mother. And also this thesis summarizes information about premature labor, perinatal death and neurological complications of the fetus. The thesis deals with current knowledge about placental abruption management. The periodicals were sourced from the following databases EBSCO, Google Scholar and Ovid.
