Abstract:
Podniky čelí novým výzvám stále dynamičtějšího a komplexnějšího podnikatelského prostředí, které je nutí adaptovat se na nové podmínky. Adaptační schopnosti podniků jsou však limitované. Výsledky několika výzkumů úspěšnosti strategické změny v podniku ukazují, že 60 až 70% uskutečněných změn nenaplnilo očekávání. Enterprises face the new challenge of a more dynamic and complex business environment, which forces them to adapt to new conditions. However, the adaptation capabilities of enterprises are limited.
