Work Motivation of a Subordinate - Money isn't Everything
Abstract:
Anotace Bakalářská práce je věnována motivaci podřízených ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Přináší bližší informace o motivačním programu ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení a hodnotí, zda jsou pracovníci tohoto zařízení v zaměstnání spokojeni. Důraz je kladen na představy zaměstnanců o motivaci, což dokládají výsledky průzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno v dalších dvou zdravotnických zařízeních .

Annotation My bachelor thesis Work Motivation of a Subordinate – Money Isn’t Everything deals with the issue of motivation in healthcare staff. It presents detailed information on a motivational policy of a chosen healthcare institution and assesses how content its employees actually are in their jobs.
