Práce se zabývá připraveností nelékařského zdravotnického personálu na poskytování multikulturní péče. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se dané problematiky. Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with readiness of non-medical staff and their provision to multicultural care. The theoretical part describes and explains basic terms relating to fixed issues. Next, there are descriptions of particularities in multicultural care provisions to minorities as Muslims, Gypsies and Vietnamese.
