Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá řízením rizik v podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje definici rizika, klasifikaci rizik a popis procesů jejich řízení. Další část popisuje řízení rizik v konkrétním podniku a porovnává teoretické poznatky s používanou praxí. V závěru jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with enterprise risk management. The theoretical part contains the risk definition, the types of risk and the description of the risk management process. The next part describes the risk management in a particular enterprise and compares the theoretical knowledge in this area with the risk management procedure used in the company.
