Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují spotřebitelské chování zákazníků vybraných udržitelných produktů, tedy použitých či repasovaných chytrých telefonů. V úvahu jsou kro-mě sociodemografických údajů brány i osobní hodnoty respondentů měřené pomocí nástroje PVQ21. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors which most influence the consumer behaviour of customers of selected sustainable products, in particular of used or refurbished smartphones.
