Abstract:

Tato práce se v teoretické části věnuje problému mobbing a bosing. Vysvětluje formy těchto jevů, příčiny, důsledky, profil oběti a způsoby, jak se těmto jevům bránit. Část praktická se věnuje kvantitativnímu průzkumu ve vybraném, soukromém podniku na výskyt mob-bingu a bossingu. Tento průzkum zjišťuje, jaké druhy agrese se na pracovišti objevují, jaký je nejčastější profil oběti a zda zaměstnanci vědí, jak se šikaně na pracovišti bránit.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the problem of mobbing and bossing. It explains the forms of these phenomena, their causes, profile of victims and ways to prevent these phenomena. The practical part is devoted to the quantitative survey which is focused on the occurrence of mobbing and bossing in the private enterprise. This survey is interest-ed in kinds of bullying and profile of victims that occur at the workplace. It also checks to see if employees know how to prevent these phenomena.
