Strategic financial planning and forecasting of economic development of enterprises in the agrarian sector

Abstract:

ZINOVEVA, P. Strategické finanční plánování a prognózování ekonomického vývoje podniků agrárního sektoru. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci klíčových aspektů pro zlepšení strategického plánování a prognózování finančního vývoje podniků agrárního sektoru. V literární rešerši se nalézá přehled současných dostupných poznatků na dané téma. Metodologickým základem zpracováni diplomové práce byli vybrané metody vědeckého výzkumu, dále byly využity analytické, tabulkové, grafické výstupy a taktéž souhrn metod ekonomické a statistické analýzy. Aplikační část diplomové práce se zaměřuje pomocí strategické analýzy na současnou situaci podniku v agrárním sektoru ve vybrané Belgorodské oblasti. Podle výsledků studie byly za účelem roz-voje strategického plánování a prognózování navrženy strategické směry ke zvýšení efektivity využívání zdrojového potenciálu regionálního agroprůmyslového komplexu.

Abstract:

ZINOVEVA, P. Strategic financial planning and forecasting of economic development of enterprises in the agrarian sector. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The thesis focuses on the identification of key aspects for improving strategic planning and forecasting of financial development of enterprises in the agricultural sector. The literature search provides an overview of the current available knowledge on the topic. The methodological basis of the thesis was selected methods of scientific research; analytical, tabular, graphical outputs were used, as well as a summary of methods of economic and statistical analysis. The application part of the thesis focuses on the current situation of the enterprise in the agrarian sector in the selected Belgorod region by means of strategic analysis. According to the results of the study, in order to develop strategic planning and forecasting, strategic directions were proposed to increase the efficiency of the use of resource potential of the regional agro-industrial complex.
