Cílem této práce je komplexně zanalyzovat právní úpravu postoupení pohledávky, poukázat na její případné nedostatky a zjistit jak relativně nová právní úprava obstojí vedle tradičních evropských úprav. Hlavní část práce je věnována rozboru současné právní úpravy. Jsou zde uvedeny základní prameny práva, v nichž je tato problematika upravena. The main objective of the thesis is the analysis of legal regulation of Assignment of receivable. Besides, the thesis deals with the evolution of the legal regulation and compares it with the regulation contained in the traditional civil codes of two European countries (Germany and Austria).
