Methods of desalination of sea and brackish water and their comparison

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Metody odsolování mořské a brakické vody a jejich srovnání je popsat důvody vedoucí k odsolování a získávání tím tak pitné vody. První část práce se zabývá stručným popisem chemických a fyzikálních vlastností mořské a brakické vody. V druhé části práce jsou metody odsolování roztříděny a je podán jejich stručný popis. Poslední část práce pojednává o využití odsolovacích metod v různých částech světa a jejich ekonomické a ekologické srovnání.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor work called Methods of desalination of sea and brackish water and their comparison is to describe the reasons for desalination and obtaining the best drinking water. The first part gives a brief description of the chemical and physical properties of seawater and brackish water. In the second part desalination methods are classified and their brief description is given. The last part deals with the use of desalination methods in different parts of the world and their economic and ecological comparisons.
