Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pojištěním pohledávek, jakožto jedné z možnosti řízení platebního rizika spojeného s prodejem zboží či služeb s odloženou splatností. V první části jsou charakterizována rizika spojená s obchodními transakcemi a uvedeny možnosti snížení vzniku škod v obchodním styku. Stěžejní část se věnuje analýze trhu pojištění pohledávek. V rámci analýzy světového trhu je značná část věnována vlivu nedávné finanční krize. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována analýze trhu pojištění pohledávek v České republice, který je představen v kontextu české ekonomiky. Dále jsou blíže představeny hlavní subjekty poskytující pojištění pohledávek v České republice, přičemž jejich produktová nabídka je obsahem čtvrté kapitoly. Poslední kapitola je věnována charakteristice hospodaření úvěrových pojišťoven. V závěru této kapitoly jsou uvedeny finanční výsledky čtyř největších úvěrových pojišťoven působících v České republice.

Abstract:

This master thesis is dealing with credit insurance, as one of the management options of payment risks associated with selling goods or services with deferred payment. The first part describes the risks associated with business transactions and there are presented potential reduction of losses in trade. In the key part the market of credit insurance is analyzed. In an analysis of the world market, there is a significant part devoted to the impact of the recent financial crisis. A special attention is dedicated to analysis of credit insurance in the Czech Republic, which is introduced in the context of the Czech economy. Furthermore, there is a closer presentation of entities providing credit insurance in the Czech Republic. Their product offer is contained in the fourth chapter. The final chapter is dedicated to the characterization economic results of credit insurars. At the end of this chapter the financial results of the four largest credit insurers operating in the Czech Republic are presented.
