The reflection of pedagogics problems in kindergarten teacher work in context of profession competence.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá profesí učitele mateřské školy a jejími pedagogickými a dalšími problémy. Záměrem práce je zjistit jaké problémy provází denní praxi učitele mateřské školy a jak se tyto problémy odráží v profesních kompetencích učitele. Cílem práce je zjištěné údaje porovnat a vyvodit z nich závěry pro další praktické použití v profesi učitele mateřské školy. Teoretická část je věnována profesi učitele mateřské školy, jeho kvalifikaci, profesním kompetencím a profesnímu standardu, který by měl učitel splňovat. Je tu popsáno postavení učitele mateřské školy, jeho povinnosti a předpoklady k výkonu profese. Praktická část popisuje výzkumné šetření 25 respondentek ? učitelek mateřské školy. Metodou interview bylo zjišťováno, co považují ve své profesi za klíčový problém (problémy) a jaké mají názory na jejich řešení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the profession of kindergarten teacher and its pedagogic and other problems. The aim is to find out what problems occur in the daily practice of kindergarten teachers and how are these problems reflected in the professional competencies of teachers. The aim is to compare the survey data and find out the conclusions from them for future practical using in the profession of kindergarten teacher. The theoretical part deals with to the profession of teaching nursery school, teacher´s skills, professional competencies and professional standards, which should meet the teacher. It describes the status of kindergarten teachers, the duties and requirements of the profession. The practical part describes the research survey of respondents in 25 nursery school´s teachers. The method is the interview and by this method was find out what teachers consider in their profession as a key problem (problems) and what are their views on the solution of them.
