Cílem diplomové práce je určit faktory, které ovlivňují spokojenost zákazníka ve vybraných fitness centrech na Jižní Moravě a identifikovat jejich typického zákaz-níka. Následně pomocí indexu ECSI kvantifikovat spokojenost zákazníků a posou-dit vztah mezi spokojeností a výkonností těchto fitness center. The diploma thesis has for objective to determine factors influencing customer satisfaction in selected fitness centers in South Moravia and to identify their typical customers.
