The Analysis of Customers Satisfaction with the Assortment and Services in CK Zlintour Trips
Abstract:
V práci bude zkoumána spokojenost zákazníků s nabízeným sortimentem a službami CK Zlíntour trips. Bude proveden průzkum pomocí dotazníku, zjištěné informace budou zpracovány a analyzovány. Dle zjištěných výsledků bude podán návrh ke zlepšení spokojenosti zákazníků CK Zlíntour trips.
Abstract:
In the thesis will be examined customers satisfaction with the offered assortment and the services of the travel agency Zlintour trips. The research will be done with the questionnaire and the ascertained information will be processed and analyzed. According the ascertained results the suggestion will be given in order to improve customers satisfaction.
