Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám procesním řízením IT útvarů. První tři kapitoly jsou pojaty jako teoretické. Popisují procesní řízení, přístupy v procesním řízení a to vše se zaměřením na řízení infrastruktury. The subject of my thesis lies in the area of IT process management. The first three chapters are purely theoretic. These chapters describe process management, process approach and is focused on ICT Infrastructure Management.
