Predložená práca sa zaoberá diagnostikou fluorescenčného žiarenia radikálu NH2 pomocou laserom indukovanej fluorescencie (LIF). Táto spektroskopická metóda je obzvlášť vhodná na merania koncentrácií radikálov a metastabilných častíc. This thesis deals with a diagnostic of the fluorescence radiation by means of laser-induced fluorescence (LIF). This spectroscopic technique is particularly well-suited to determine the population densities of radicals and metastable particles.
