Anotace:

Bakalářská práce „Estetika ve službách politiky: Arno Breker a Adolf Ziegler“ pojednává o tvorbě sochaře Arno Brekera a malíře Adolfa Zieglera v letech 1933–1945. Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj umělecké tvorby těchto dvou umělců a klade si za cíl zmapovat, jak se jejich umělecký projev přizpůsoboval a transformoval v rámci proměnlivé politické situace a pro- pagandě Třetí říše v letech 1933–1945. Cíle se práce snaží dosáhnout pomocí zkoumání vztahu nacistické propagandy, děl Arno Brekera a Adolfa Zieglera a jejich působení v určitých letech.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis „Aesthetics in the Service of Politics: Arno Breker and Adolf Ziegler“ deals with the work of sculptor Arno Breker and painter Adolf Ziegler between the years of 1933-1945. The thesis focuses on the evolving artistic output of these two artists and aims to map how their artistic expression adapted and transformed within the changing political situation and propaganda of the Third Reich between the years 1933 and 1945. The thesis seeks to achieve this goal by examining the relationship between nazi propaganda, the works of Arno Breker and Adolf Ziegler, and their work in specific years.
