Abstract:

Svou bakalářskou práci píši na téma Kriminalita mládeže. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit informace týkající se krádeží dětí a mladistvých ve městě Karviná. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části poukazuji na základní pojmy týkající se této práce. Dále se věnuji vlivu dědičnosti, psychogenních faktorů a vnějším činitelům. V této části také poukazuji na prevenci kriminality a její programy, jednotlivé sankce za trestné činy a na druhy trestných činů. Z policejních statistik z posledních několika let je zřejmé, že se mládež nejčastěji dopouští majetkových trestných činů, především krádeží a loupeží. Na základě této informace se odvíjí moje praktická část, která je zaměřena na krádeže mládeže. Informace ke statistické analýze byly získány pomocí mnou vypracovaného dotazníku. Dotazníky byly vyplněny žáky základních škol v Karviné.

Abstract:

My Bachelor Thesis is about Juvenile delinquency. My aim was to find informations relating to the theft of children and adolescents in Karviná. My work consists of two parts theoretical and practical. In theoretical part I point to the basic concepts relating to this work. I am also devoting to the effect of heredity, psychogenic and external factors. In this part I also indicate on prevention of crime and its programs, various penalties for offenses and types of crimes. From police statistics last few years is evident that youth are most often committed crimes against property especially theft and robbery. Based on this information my practical part is based on theft of youth. Informations to the statistical analysis were obtained by mine prepared questionnaire. Questionnaires were completed by pupils from schools in Karviná.
