Abstract:
V této studii je sledován vliv infekce metacerkariemi motolice Diplostomum pseudospathaceum na úmrtnost druhého mezihostitele, juvenilní hořavky duhové (Rhodeus amarus) v průběhu prvního přezimování. Ryby byly odchované na Ústavu biologie obratlovců v Brně v experimentálních podmínkách, aby bylo zajištěno, že nejsou infikovány žádným parazitem. In this study, the effect of the eye fluke Diplostomum pseudospathaceum infection on the over-winter mortality of young-of-the-year European bitterling (Rhodeus amarus, Cyprinidae) was examined. The fish were artificially bred at the Institute of Vertebrate Biology in Brno (Czech republic) to prevent possible parasite infection.
