Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá probiotickým rodem Lactobacillus, biosurfaktanty, které produkuje a jejich účinkem na tvorbu biofilmu klinicky významných bakterií. Laktobacily patří mezi bakterie mléčného kvašení a vyskytují se přirozeně v tělní mikroflóře, kde produkcí biosurfaktantů přispívají k obraně proti infekcím. This bachelor thesis deals with the probiotic Lactobacillus genus, biosurfactans which it produces and their effect on the biofilm formation of clinically important bacteria. Lactobacilli belong to lactic-acid bacteria and are found naturally in the body microflora where their production of biosurfactants contributes to the defence against infections.
