Awareness of speech therapists and parents about the educational opportunities of pupils with speech disorders

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá informovaností rodičů o možnostech vzdělávání žáků s vadami řeči. Cílem práce byla analýza výsledků výzkumného šetření rodinné a osobní anamnézy dětí s vývojovou dysfázií. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě odborné literatury a zabývá se legislativním vymezením, systémem vzdělávání, logopedickou intervencí v kontextu vzdělávání, komunikací a jejím vlivem na utváření osobnosti dítěte. Rovněž osobností jedince a rodinou jakožto faktorem ovlivňujícím proces edukace. Samozřejmostí jsou zásady a přístupy užívané v logopedické terapii. Empirická část je prezentací výzkumného šetření, které je koncipováni jako kvalitativní výzkum s prvky statistické analýzy dat. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno prostřednictvím sběru dat ze vstupního logopedického vyšetření, případovou studií a rozhovorem s rodičem dítěte.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with awareness of parents about the educational opportunities of pupils with speech disorders. The aim was an analisys of the research results of family and personal anamnesis of pupils with developmental dysphasia. The theoretical part is processed on the base of scholarly literature and deals with legislative definition, education system, speech therapy intervention in the kontext of education, communication and its influence on shaping the personality of a child. Also the human personality and family as the factors which are affecting the process of education are there too. Of course there are principles and approaches which are used in speech therapy. The empirical part is a presentation of research which is conceived as a qualitative research with an elements of statistical data analysis. The research was realized by data collectioning from the input of speech therapy examination, case study and the interview with a parent of the child from the case study.
