Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nejčastější příčiny, podílející se na vzniku zranění horních končetin ve sportovní gymnastice. Úrazy mohou sportovce na dlouhou dobu vyřadit z tréninkového režimu, návraty k vrcholové sportovní kariéře jsou obtížné, někdy nemožné a náklady spojené s léčbou vysoké. V této přehledové studii je úsilí zaměřeno na vymezení možných příčin úrazů, jejich původ, příznaky a léčebné metody. Jako informační zdroj této práci posloužily především zahraniční studie. Jejím výstupem je pak souhrn informací, které mohou být přínosem v oblasti prevence zranění horních končetin. Cílem bylo rovněž poukázat na škodlivost dlouhodobého přetěžování stejných struktur, které může vést ke zraněním.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the most common causes involved in the formation of upper extremities injuries in gymnastics. The injuries may cause a long term exclusion of the athlete from the training mode, it is very difficult and sometimes impossible return to the top sporting career, costs associated with the treatment are high. This overview study is focused on the demarcation of possible causes of injuries, its origin, symptoms and treatment methods. The source of informations for this task were especially foreign studies. The output then is the summary of informations which may be beneficial in the field of prevention of the upper extremities injuries. The objective also was to point out to the noxiousness of long-term overload of the same structures, which may lead to injury.
