ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním zdrojů a mírou zátěže učitelů na alternativních a standardních školách. Teoretická část popisuje hlavní termíny. Současně jsou zmíněny některé související výzkumy. Pro výzkum byl použit Meisterův dotazník hodnocení pracovní zátěže a dotazník vlastní konstrukce. ABSTRACT This diploma thesis deals with comparison of resources and the burden of teachers on alternative and standard schools. The theoretical part describes the main terms. At the same time, some related research is mentioned. For the research, the Meister questionnari was used to evaluate the workload and the questionnaire of its own design.
