Tato bakalářská práce popisuje aktuální metody a přístupy k léčbě onemocnění diabetes mellitus. První část popisuje patofyziologii diabetu a jeho hlavní subtypy. This bachelor thesis describes actual methods and approaches to the treatment of diabetes mellitus. First part describes pathophysiology of diabetes and its main subtypes. Next part is dedicated to the traditional treatments such as insulin and oral antidiabetic drugs.
