Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na racionalizaci pracoviště lepení ve vybrané společnosti za pomocí vybraných metod a nástrojů průmyslového inženýrství. Teoretická část práce popisuje průmyslové inženýrství a jeho historii, štíhlý podnik, metodiku DMAIC a vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství. The thesis focuses on the rationalization of the gluing workplace in a selected company using selected methods and tools of industrial engineering. The theoretical part of the thesis describes industrial engineering and its history, lean enterprise, DMAIC methodology and selected industrial engineering methods.
