Práce se zaměřuje na téma řízení kontinuity. Řízení kontinuity jsou procesy a sada postupů, jejichž cílem je zajistit pokračování podnikatelské činnosti v případě, že dojde k přerušení. V této práci jsou analyzovány teoretické aspekty řízení kontinuity a jejich využití při zavádění do praxe ve vybrané firmě. Thesis is focusing on the topic of Business Continuity Management (BCM). It is a set of processes and procedures, whose aim is to ensure continuity of the business performance in case of an interruption.
