Enterpreneurial environment, culture specifics and business customs in the UAE

Abstract:

Tato práce analyzuje kulturu, ekonomickou situaci a podnikatelské prostředí v SAE. První kapitola představuje zemi z hlediska přírodních podmínek, obyvatelstva a náboženství. Druhá kapitola popisuje ekonomickou situaci. Třetí kapitola se věnuje zahraničnímu obchodu SAE, ve kterém je zahrnuta i Česká republika. Ve čtvrté kapitole je rozebrané investiční prostředí. Navíc je zde zpracovaná SWOT analýza podnikatelského prostředí v SAE. V páté kapitole jsou uvedené informace o podnikání v SAE a o zkušenostech podnikatelů, které byly získány e-mailovou korespondencí nebo při osobním rozhovoru se zástupci českých firem, které pronikli na trh SAE. Cílem této práce je rozhodnout po uvážení rizik, s přihlédnutím k výše uvedené SWOT analýze a pomocí zkušeností českých podnikatelů, zda jsou SAE vhodná oblast pro české investory a podnikatele.

Abstract:

This work analyses culture, economic situation and enterpreneurial environment in the UAE. The first chapter presents the country in light of natural conditions, population and religion. The second chapter describes economic situation. The third chapter attends to the international business of the UAE, where the Czech republic is included. In the fourth chapter the investment environment is analyzed. In addition, there is the SWOT analysis of enterpreneurial environment in the UAE. In the fifth chapter there is some information about enterprise in SAE and about experience of enterprisers, which were obtained by help of e-mail correspondence or during personal interview with representatives of Czech firms which penetrated into the UAE market. The aim of this work is to decide after accounting dangers, with consideration to mentioned SWOT analysis and with the aid of Czech enterprisers' experience whether the UAE is an advisable area for Czech investors and enterprisers.
