New building of barrier-free object of civil amneties including solution of public area at the level of study project

Abstract:

Obsahem mé bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby bezbariérového objektu občanské vybavenosti včetně řešení veřejného prostranství na úrovni studie. Typ stavby občanské vybavenosti bylo zvoleno restaurační zařízení a penzion. Tato stavba je umístěna na náměstí, proto je jako veřejné prostranství řešen návrh revitalizace tohoto prostoru. Celá studie se řídí požadavky vyhlášky 398/2009 Sb. o obecných technických požadavcích zabezpečujících bezbariérové užívání staveb. Objekt občanské vybavenosti je navržen z hlediska architektonického a urbanistického řešení, tak aby zapadal do stávající zástavby. Součástí je také dispoziční řešení. Studie náměstí obsahuje řešení dopravní infrastruktury, komunikací pro pěší i návrh vegetace s návazností na již revitalizovanou část náměstí.

Abstract:

The content of this thesis is the design of a new barrier-free building of public amenities building, including the solution of a public space on the level of a study. As a type of the public amenities building was chosen a restaurant and a boarging house. This building is located on the square therefore a public space is designed to revitalize this space. The entire study is governed by the requirements of regulation no. 398/2009 collection about general technical requirements which secure the barrier-free using of buildings. The public amenities building is designed from the architectural point of view and from the urban planning solution in order to, fit in current building. A layout solution is also included. The study of the square includes solution for transport infrastructure, pedestrian communications and also vegetation design with links to the revitalized part of the square.
