Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zimním přípravným období hráču fotbalu v kategorii dosrostu. Cílem je sestavit modelový plán zimní přípravy, který by měl přispět k informovanosti trenérů při jeho sestavování.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the preparatory period of winter football players in category U16 - U19. The aim is to build a model plan for winter training period, which should help to inform coaches at building time.
