Economic crime in the Czech Republic and its causes
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje hospodářské kriminalitě v České republice. Obsahuje vysvětlení pojmu hospodářská kriminalita. Zabývá se analýzou vývoje hospodářských trestných činů v České republice od roku 1989. V práci se nachází vymezení a definování hlavních příčin trestné činnosti. Dále i hodnocení možností prevence a četností hospodářských trestných činů.
Abstract:
The work is devoted to economic crime in the Czech Republic. It includes an explanation of the concept of economic crime. It analyzes the development of economic crimes in the Czech Republic since 1989. The work is determination and definition of the main causes of crime. Further evaluation and prevention options and frequency of economic crimes.
