The Reform of the Pension System in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Penzijní systémy ve světě prochází značnými změnami, které jsou způsobeny finanční neudržitelností. Předmětem této diplomové práce je charakteristika současného penzijního systému v České republice a Spolkové republice Německo a jejich srovnání. Konec práce je věnován návrhovému opatření penzijního systému pro Českou republiku, který by lépe vyhovoval současným podmínkám.
Abstract:
Pension schemes worldwide are undergoing significant changes as a result of financial unsustainability. Features of todays pension schemes in the Czech Republic and Germany and its comparision are a major topic of this dissertation. The final chapter of this dissertation is related to proposal of tools to improve the pension scheme in the Czech Republic.
