Diplomová práce je zaměřena na objasnění vzniku obchodního podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným a jeho následného začlenění do společného jmění manželů. The work is aimed at clarifying the establishment of an ownership interest in a limited liability company, and its subsequent inclusion in the joint marital property.
