The impact of electronic sales records on the Field of Gastronomy in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku elektronické evidence tržeb a jejího vlivu na podnikatelské prostředí v oboru gastronomie v Česku a na Slovensku. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit a porovnat dopady elektronické evidence tržeb na tento obor a vyhodnocení názorů podnikatelů a pracovníků na toto téma. První část teoreticko-metodologické části je zaměřena na pojmy týkající se této práce, jako jsou pojmy podnikatel, podnikání, podnikatelské prostředí, jeho vývoj a struktura. Dále se teoretická část práce zaměřuje na problematiku stínové ekonomiky, daňových úniků a nástrojů na jejich eliminaci a elektronickou evidencí tržeb, procesem schvalování v Česku a na Slovensku a jednotlivými fázemi zavádění. Náplní analytické části práce je interpretace a vyhodnocení dat získaných z dotazníků, které byly distribuovány osobám pracujícím v oboru gastronomie, a to jak na území České republiky, tak také na území Slovenska. Pro účely analytické části byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum, a to konkrétně výzkum prostřednictvím elektronického dotazníku. V návrhové části autor zmíní některé návrhy změn, které byly uvedeny respondenty a také budou zmíněny některé návrhy v systému EET, které by uvítal sám autor.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of electronic sales records and the impact of these records on the business environment in the field of gastronomy in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.The aim of the thesis was to evaluate and compare the impact of electronic sales records on the field of gastronomy and to evaluate opinions of entrepreneurs and employees in this field. The first part of the theoretical and methodological part is focused on the concepts related to this work, such as concepts of entrepreneur, business, business environment, its development and structure. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issue of the shadow economy, tax evasion and tools for their elimination and electronic records of sales, the approval process in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and the various stages of implementation. The content of the analytical part of the thesis is the interpretation and evaluation of data obtained from questionnaires that were distributed to people working in the field of gastronomy in Czech Republic and in Slovakia. For the purposes of the analytical part, quantitative research was carried out, namely research through an electronic questionnaire. In the design part, the author will mention some proposals for changes that were made by the respondents and will also mention some proposals in the ESR, which would be welcomed by the author himself.
