Calculations and budgets in the hotel industry and tourism
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na uplatnění manažerského účetnictví u vybraného podniku v odvětví hotelnictví a cestovního ruchu. Dále ke zjištění s pomocí kalkulace k uplatnění pro řízení ekonomiky a plánování rozvoje podniku. Výsledkem je analýza nákladovosti a kalkulace předmětů určené ke snížení nákladů a rozvoje podniku.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the application of management accounting for the selected company in the hotel and tourism sector. Further, to find out their application for economic management and business development plannig. The result is enterprise analysis, costing and costing items designed to reduce costs and business development.
