Motivation in the Workplace

Abstract:

Organizational success depends heavily on employee motivation and this becomes essential in fast-changing logistics industries. The study focuses on the motivation factors at the selected logistics company named “Transco KZ. s.r.o.” The investigation combines qualitative and quantitative research methods as a mixed-methods approach for understanding essential workplace motivational factors. The research demonstrates intrinsic motivators consisting of recognition alongside career development chances together with job satisfaction maintain greater long-term motivation assessment compared to extrinsic motivators including salary benefits and other rewards. The study's conclusions validate the predictions outlined by Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory and Self-Determination Theory together with Vroom’s Expectancy Theory. This research demonstrates that employee motivation depends heavily on leadership that involves employee participation as well as positive workplace environment and organizational culture. The research establishes recommendations for motivational strategy advancements in the company which will boost both employee engagement and productivity while improving organizational performance.
