Cultural Standards of Russians and their Impact on Business Negotiation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením a definováním kulturních standardů obecně, konkrétně pak ruských kulturních standardů. Práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku ruského obchodní prostředí a ruského stylu vyjednávání. Následuje analýza vlivu ruských kulturních standardů na obchodní jednání.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is dealing with definition and specification of cultural standards in genenal, concretely with Russian cultural standars, then. The thesis characterizes Russian business environment and Russian style of business negotiation. The analyses of the impact of Russian culture standards on business negotiation follows.
