Hydrogeochemistry of Dripwaters of the Punkevní Caves (Moravian Karst)
Abstract:
Existuje hypotéza, že by se na korozi speleotém v Moravském krasu mohly podílet skapové vody. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda je tato hypotéza správná. Na základě přejatých dat byly vyhodnoceny vzájemné korelace koncentrací významných ionů ve skapových vodách/vodách Punkvy, hodnot pH, saturačních indexů ke kalcitu, tlaku CO2 v jeskynní atmosféře a intenzity skapu (pro skapové vody). Abstract:
A hypothesis exists that dripwaters could participate on a speleothem corrosion in Moravian Karst. Aim of the work was to decide if such hypothesis is correct. Based on shared data, mutual correlations between concentrations of significant ions in dripwaters/Punkva water, pH-values, saturation index to calcite, cave air CO2, and dripwater rates were evaluated.
