Burden on call center officers, solution options and prevention
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zátěž referentů call centra, možnosti jejího řešení a případnou prevenci. V teoretické části je popsána zátěž, je definována náročnost práce referenta call centra, možnosti řešení zátěže a případná prevence. Empirická část je v podobě vlastního dotazníku, jehož výsledky mají deskriptivní charakter.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis focuses on the burden on call centre officers, the possibilities of solving it and possible prevention. The theoretical part describes the burden, the rigors of the call centre officer's work, the possibilities of dealing with the burden and possible prevention are defined. The empirical part is in the form of its own questionnaire, the results of which are descriptive.
