Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřila na tři témata týkající se střelných zbraní. Její výsledky ukazují, že držitelé střelných zbraní jsou poměrně malou částí populace s vysokým zastoupením mužů. Analýza účelů užívání zbraní uvedených na zbrojních průkazech naznačuje, že držitelé kladou důraz na sebeobranu. Množství legálně držených zbraní ve společnosti roste. Abstract:
The thesis focused on three topics related to firearms. Its results show that gun owners represent a relatively small population part, with a high male proportion. The analysis of purposes for using firearms listed on firearm licenses indicates that gun holders emphasize self-defense. The number of legally owned weapons has been increasing.
