Tato práce zkoumá vztah mezi bytovou politikou zaváděnou od konce 90. let a vznikem realitní bubliny v Číně. Prostřednictvím kombinovaného přístupu, který využívá analýzu trendů a regresní analýzy, výzkum zkoumá, jak fiskální a urbanistická politika ovlivnila ceny nemovitostí a dynamiku trhu. This thesis examines the causal relationship between housing policies implemented since the late 1990s and the formation of a real estate bubble in China.
