Analysis of the organization warehousing in the company Velkoobchod ORION, spol. s.r.o.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou organizace skladování ve firmě Velkoobchod ORION, spol. s r.o. Úvodní kapitola je věnována analýze stávajícího stavu skladování. Hlavní část práce je pak zaměřena na stanovení slabých míst ve skladu a jejich následné zefektivnění pomocí navrhovaných řešení. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení všech návrhů.
Abstract:
Thesis is focus on analysing the organization warehousing in the company Velkoobchod ORION, spol. s r.o. First part of the thesis is based on analysing of current status of warehousing. The main part of thesis is created by identification of weaknesses in warehousing and their improvement through introduced solutions. Last part of thesis is focus on evaluation of the introduced solutions.
