Privete bussiness in the education of secondary vocational schools and vocational schools

Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje problematiku výuky soukromého podnikání na středních odborných školách a odborných učilištích. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která definuje postavení soukromého podnikání ve vzdělávacím procesu těchto škol, soukromé podnikání v životě žáků a základní obsah učiva, vedoucího k získání podnikatelských znalostí žáků. Součástí teoretické části je také dílčí průzkum, který poukazuje na nedostatky žáků výše zmíněných typů středních škol v podnikatelských znalostech. Praktická část, která se opírá o výsledky dílčího průzkumu, tzn. nedostatky žáků odborných učilišť převážně v živnostenském podnikání, tvoří přípravy na výuku tohoto tématu a jejich ověření v praxi. Vytvořený výukový blok byl aplikován při vyučování na konkrétní střední škole a znalosti žáků byly porovnány pomocí pretestu a posttestu. Jelikož výsledky žáků v posttestu dosahovaly podstatně většího procenta správných odpovědí než v pretestu, lze tuto práci použít jako vzorový materiál pro výuku Živnostenského podnikání tohoto typu škol. Závěr práce je věnován doporučením, jak lze výuku podnikání pojmout a zefektivnit.

Abstract:

The thesis describes the issue of teaching private enterprise at secondary vocational schools and vocational schools. The thesis is divided into theoretical part that defines the status of private enterprise in the educational process of these schools, private enterprise in the lives of students and the basic learning content, leading to the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills of students. The theoretical part also contains survey that highlights the shortcomings above mentioned students of secondary schools in business knowledge. The practical part, which is based on the partial results of the survey, ie. lack of students´ knowledge mainly in trade business, forms preparation for teaching this topic and its verification in practice. Created teaching block was applied in teaching at a particular high school and students' knowledge were compared using a pretest and posttest. As the results of pupils in the posttest reached a significantly higher percentage of correct responses than in the pretest, this thesis can be used as a model material for teaching trade business schools of this type. The conclusion is dedicated to recommendations on how to accommodate a teaching of private enterprise and make it effective.
