Práce se zabývá problematikou Clostridium difficile, nebezpečného patogenu nozokomiálního prostředí, ve kterém postihuje 10-25% pacientů a má vysokou letalitu. Abstract:
The thesis deals with problems of the bacterium Clostridium difficile, serious pathogen of the nosocomial environment, where affects 10-25% of patients and which has a high lethality. The thesis aims to show at seriousness of this pathogen in the Czech republic, in the regard of negative effect in the West Europe.
