Burnout syndrom of social workers employed in non-profit organizations in Ústí na Labem Region.

Abstract:

Záměrem bakalářské práce je objasnění vzájemné interakce rizika vzniku syndromu vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků v neziskových organizacích Ústeckého kraje a demografickými, interpersonálními a pracovními proměnnými, které do tohoto vztahu vstupují. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří základních sekcí. První se zabývá problematikou a příčinami vzniku, vývojem, příznaky a důsledky syndromu vyhoření. Charakterizuje skupiny ohrožené tímto syndromem. Popisuje rozdíl mezi syndromem vyhoření jako nemocí a ostatními duševními poruchami, které nevznikají důsledkem neúspěchů při výkonu práce. Ve druhé části jsou popsány charakteristické projevy chování u sociálních pracovníků spojené se syndromem vyhoření a proměnné, které jeho vznik podmiňují. Třetí část uvádí základní alternativy, které mohou působit preventivně proti vzniku brunout syndromu. V empirické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření založené na hypotézách a výzkumných otázkách. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit do jaké míry jsou pracovníci neziskových organizacích v Ústeckém kraji ohroženi syndromem vyhoření. Součástí práce je i návrh opatření k prevenci vzniku syndromu vyhoření.

Abstract:

The meaning of this bachelor work is the clarification of the risk of the social workers burnout syndrome in the non-profit organizations in Region of Ústí nad Labem and in the demographical and working transformations in this relationship. This theoretical part is divided in three basic sections. The first one occupies with problems and causes, development, sings and the consequence of the burnout syndrome. This part describes the groups attacked by this syndrome, explains the difference between this syndrome as the illness and as the mental disorders. The second part describes the characteristic demonstrations of the social workers behavior that is connected with this syndrome. The third part describes the basic alternatives that can cause preventive measures opposite the origin of the burnout syndrome. In the empirical part it was performed the form survey on the theory base and the research questions. This result showed the danger and the level of the rate of the burnout syndrome that is connected with the social workers non-profit organizations in Region of Ústí nad Labem. There is the part that offers and contains the proposal measures of the burnout syndrome prevention.
